Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT & System Admin Manager to oversee our technical
infrastructure and system administration operations. This role involves managing IT systems,
network security, and technical support while ensuring optimal performance and reliability of
all technology resources across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
● Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and
security systems.
● Oversee data center operations and disaster recovery procedures.
● Manage cloud services and ensure optimal resource utilization.
● Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
● Maintain network security and implement cybersecurity measures.
● Monitor timelines and budgets.
● Prepare documentation and reports.
System Administration
● Administer Windows/Linux servers and network infrastructure.
● Manage user access controls and security protocols.
● Implement and maintain backup and recovery systems.
● Configure and maintain email systems and collaboration tools.
● Monitor and optimize system performance.
Technical Support Operations
● Establish IT support processes and service level agreements.
● Implement IT service management best practices.
● Provide escalation support for complex technical issues.
● Ensure timely resolution of critical system issues.
Security Management
● Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
● Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents.
● Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
● Manage firewall configurations and network security.
● Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
● 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration.
● 2+ years of team management experience.
● Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security.
● ITIL certification preferred.
Technical Skills
● Proficient in Windows Server and Linux administration.
● Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
● Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
● Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure).
● Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
● Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
● Familiarity with real estate management software.
